A 5-Day Journey Back to Yourself

The digital world is a river; paper is your canoe.

The Paper Trail is a free, five-day email course designed to help you step out of the refresh loop and remember what it feels like to think your own thoughts and make the things that only you can make.

We aren't quitting the internet (I mean, c’mon), and we aren't following a complex productivity system. We’re just using paper to find a way back to ourselves.

How it works:

Every morning for five days, I’ll send you a short email with a reflection and a 15-minute practice. That’s it. No fancy gear required—just a pen and whatever scrap of paper you have nearby.

Day 1: ENTER THE WILDERNESS – Step out of the loop and find the quiet.

Day 2: HEAR YOUR VOICE ECHOING BACK – Start a real conversation with your own imagination.

Day 3: CHART YOUR COURSE – Map out what actually matters to you (and ignore the rest).

Day 4: LEAVE YOUR MARK – Stop preparing and start making something real.

Day 5: RETURN HOME – Build a ritual that keeps the fire lit.

When you sign up, you’ll also get a digital download of The Paper Trail Field Guide—an 8-page one-sheet zine I’ve illustrated for you. It includes a secret fold-out map for tracking your own personal projects.
